Now that educators, students, and families are adapting to distance education, planning your online lessons with Google Slides is a great option whether you use Google Classroom or not. Almost everyone has a Gmail account and you can easily share the link to the deck with your students.

You can add all the multimedia files they will need within the Google Slides file. One file for the whole week!

I have added links to each lesson in the numbers I put each day on the first slide, also to the start button of each lesson for easy navigation (watch the video on slide 2). If you need to add more lessons, copy and paste the circles into the cover and add a link to your corresponding slide.

How to download the Weekly Planner for Online Lessons template for Powerpoint

1. On this same page, scroll down to the download block until you see the buttons.

3. Once done it will start downloading a .pptx file that you can edit in PowerPoint.
4. If we do not have the powerpoint file we will direct you to the original source so you can download it.

How to download the template Weekly Planner for Online Lessons in Google Slides

1. Just like the powerpoint version, scroll to the bottom of the template features.
2. You can now click on the button that says 'Use Weekly Planner for Online Lessons as a Google Slides theme'.
3. A new window will open with a larger preview. If you want to use the template, click the Use template button in the upper right corner.
4. A copy of the document will be added to your Google Drive account and you will be able to edit, add or delete slides.
